I finished this last month and loved it. I love all of Richard Paul Evans books so it wasn't surprising to me that I liked this one too. It is about a troubled girl and how she depends on the kindness and love of a friend. There is much much more to the story but I don't want to give it away if you want to read it.

My husband went to high school with Richard Paul Evans (a year apart). Did I marry the wrong Cottonwood High graduate?

P.S. You weren't there last night so I could thank you for the cute "washcloth"! I love it and don't want to mess it up. Thank you so much!
Actually your husband told us that once. Matt didn't make it home until late, So I didn't make it.
