Sugaring!

We decided to go Sugaring which if you don't know what it is you are missing out. It is what a Maple Syrup Farm calls it when they are making maple syrup. The season just started and we didn't want to miss out, and Matt's brother was in town which gave us the perfect excuse to go have a fun weekend. We also made some stops at the Church sites.LL at Smith Farm

watching them boil it down to syrup, they let us taste the in between sample too, which was like a nice hot glass of maple syrup, a little watered down I guess
