Special Moments

LL requested to have her princess dress up on nice and early today. After getting it on she walked over to MJ and said "I'm Princess" in which MJ kindly put her hand on LL's shoulder and said "I know you a princess". They are so cute together, it makes me smile!

Memorial Day Trip

MD had a great idea of going to a small beach town near by. This little town was called Rockport, MA. We had so much fun, it really reminded us of the Oregon coast and all of our fun there. Click here for more pictures. Cute stores along the street
They also had a small town parade run through town when we were waiting for our pizza to be cooked. We really enjoyed the small town feel. It made me feel like I was back home again. No wait the beach was better sorry Pomeroy!
The H.S. band
Oh and don't forget the beach fun that we had.
This is one of my favorite pictures, simply because of the look on MD's face. It really shows how cold the water was. And there were a couple people diving straight in (crazy people).

Well this is MJ showing off the shells we found in the Tide Pools. Too bad you can't see her face.

Touring fun with Jana

I almost forgot that before MD's sister left we took her and saw some of our favorite stops in Boston and took her to the beach that is really close to our house. Jana and I in front of Paul Revere statue
MJ being a cheeser in front of beach
Jana and LL posing on the beach
There was a play ground on our favorite beach. We all decided to take advantage of our time there and the best part were the swings. It felt like you were in the water because of how close they were to the water.

Our Trip to Bean Town

So we made it! We are so happy to be out of the car and not to have to worry about our stuff being all jammed in a U-Haul where anyone could possibly take it. We just wanted to thank everyone that helped and thank you to all our friends from Williamsburg. You will all be missed!
Oh and click here to see more photos. All packed and ready to go!
MD telling us it's all clean and everything is out!
The girls waiting as we get a hotel room the first night.
Our first stop was in Delaware. And this post is for Kyle, we know how much you love the Blue Hens from the University of Delaware.
Our second stop was NY, this was a cool tribute to 9/11
MJ was playing while we waited for the Ferry to the Statue of Liberty and I laughed at this picture because it looks like something you'd see for a presidential candidate.
Oh and we had a pimp sighting while we waited for the ferry too.

This lady was nice enough to take the picture, but I think she misunderstood that we wanted the Statue of Liberty in the background too. Oh well, you get the idea.
Second attempt by MD

Time square pictures, it was really busy but we managed to get Ray's Pizza and some Cheesecake.
this much traveling was really hard, but we can't forget the peanut shop
Finally in Bean town! The girls were still confused as to why we were unloading all of our stuff at a hotel, okay so it wasn't our hotel but MJ keeps asking when we are moving to Boston and we have to explain to her that we are here. I think she's finally getting it.

He did it!

We remember it like it was yesterday. Almost three years ago the Brady's moved across the US with us for Law School. We all had a great adventure traveling over and now it seems like the past couple years have just flown by and now we aren't students anymore and we are living in Bean town. I am so proud of MD and all of his accomplishments. And a special thanks to his family who came all the way out from Idaho to support him in his graduation and to help us move. After Saturday awards ceremony.

The tent that Graduation was held in. And yes it was too small for everyone and it rained during the ceremony.

A stroll in CW with family

And like always if anyone comes to visit you take them on a tour of Williamsburg. We hit all the important spots. Cheese Shop, Bakery, Capitol Building, Governors Green and Peanut Shop.

Family Fun

We decided that it would be fun to plan a trip to Busch Gardens while MD's family was in town. Well, no one said it was suppose to be a nice day. It down poured rain a lot that day. As you can see we were all sporting our lovely ponchos while at the park. We even had a run in with a small flash flood right in the entrance of the park, so we ran into this store and took cover...
